Commission begins only when payment is received.

You have 48 hours to pay after agreement, I won't hold onto slots and will move onto other client. If you end up paying later your commission will be completed later.

For 50/50 payments if you fail to pay the 2nd 50% you will receive your unfinished commission without a chance of a refund and will also be blocked from future commissions.

With commercial use you are allowed to use the art itself in monetised work and merchandise.

In the case of premade characters (characters that already existed), commercial use is 60% of the base commission price.

In the case of custom designs (characters you commission from me to make), commercial use is 50$, this includes any art that's commissioned of them from me alongside the original design piece (this bonus only applies if they're purchased all at once).

If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before a 1 month period and before any work has been done, then the client will receive a near-full refund. Paypal unfortunately takes a very small portion of the earnings when it's transferred through business (around 1-3$?), so paying a full refund would mean I'd be paying from my own pockets– Proof of said fees can always be provided, just be mindful of these facts.

HOWEVER if I actively fail to finish the commission within 1 month, unless agreed otherwise, I will be giving a full refund.

If the commission is canceled by the client during the progress, the amount refunded will depend on how much was finished. A rough basis for refunds is: Sketch: 70%; Line: 40-60%; Flat colours: 0% (Unless it was supposed to be a shaded piece, then it would be 15-30%)

During art for personal use: Once you receive the artwork, you own it. You can edit it, use it for any personal use, etc.

During art for commercial use: Receiving a commission that's meant to be for commercial use earns you all the rights to the artwork. You can edit it, post it, use it for merchandise and more. (The only exception to this is that you CANNOT proclaim the artwork as yours and post the said art without proper credit.)

Generative AI

Hate speech of any kind (against POC, the LGBTQIA+, disabilities and other misunderstood groups such as therians or fictionkins)

Feral NSFW of any kind

Babyfur, cub (NSFW) content of any kind

Pokemon NSFW of any kind (unless clearly anthropomorphic - they have to be clearly distinguishable from their canon appearance)

Darkship content (rape, pedophilia, zoophilia and so on)

The estimated date of completion is about a week depending on how many commissions I already have. If there are any delays, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

If for some reason I cannot complete a commission within a month, I will issue a refund.

If I already have commissions I need to work on before yours, you are allowed to request a rush fee of 10-20%, but make sure to ask me about it first as I may not be necessary!

The customer will be sent WIPs (Work In Progress pieces) of their commission throughout the process. Up to the coloring stage, they'll be able to edit anything on the drawing without an extra fee. But after that stage, major outline changes may have an extra cost depending on how severely they change the piece. You'll have plenty of time to decide if you like to piece or not beforehand, please don't be afraid to ask for changes. I'm actually pretty flexible!

Progress will be paused until these WIPs are confirmed.

If I, the artist, make any errors and mistakes in the art, I will make changes with no additional cost.
